Trailer
A light weight purpose built winch on, roll off trailer is supplied. It is fitted with dual axle 13 inch alloy wheels and tyres. The chassis is pre galvanised steel tubing. A mechanical 4:1 winch with fabric strap is fitted, an electric winch is optional.

Deck Structure

The deck of this Hovercraft is manufactured from fiberglass core sandwich technology. Using a blown rigid PVC foam core, this provides a high tensile strength and low weight.

Lifting lugs can be incorporated to enable the vessel to be lifted by a crane or davit.

Hull Structure
The Hull is moulded fibreglass with a gelcoat finish. Core sandwich technology is also used in its manufacture. There is 0.8 cubic metres of polyurethane foam integrated within the hull structure to provide positive buoyancy. This means that if the cockpit of the vessel was to be completely flooded the Hovercraft will remain a float and upright with a full payload on board.

Cockpit
The cockpit of the craft is also gelcoat-finished fibreglass and nonskid finish molded in to the floor. In the front sidewalls of the cockpit each side of the pilot has two lockable waterproof glove compartments that are used to house VHF radio etc. There is also a lockable battery compartment located in the port side rear of the cockpit

Fan Duct
The duct is manufactured from Kelvar/fibreglass and is 1.5 meter internal diameter. This fan provides lift as well as thrust and is designated as an integrated system. It is fitted with four steering rudders. These provide sterring control for the Hovercraft.

Steering
The steering controls on this craft are very simple and easy to operate. The throttle control is hand operated and the steering is via handlebars. Simply moving the steering left and right to steer the craft. By increasing the fan speed at the same time will make the craft turn more quickly.

Seating
The seating is down the centre of the craft. The seat is contoured to each passenger.Beneath the seat is a large watertight storage compartment for safety equipment.

Skirt
The Skirt system is simple and easy to maintain. This craft is fitted with 69 segments. Each segment can be easily replaced if damaged. The skirt material has been developed and tested over 8 years and has been found to provide the optimum in flexibility and the lowest wear coefficient.
