With a professional degree in electrical engineering and a certificate of 2 and 3 in the composite, William is a goal-oriented director of MIHA. He holds certifications in Tig and Mig welding, as well as quality control management. His experience in composite hovercraft manufacture has resulted in outstanding outcomes in the delivery of high-quality crafts to our customers.

Gary Ashton

Design and Engineering

Gary has spent over 30 years designing and building hovercrafts. His competence in designing software for thrust fan and centrifugal fan model computations has ushered in a new era of hovercraft technology. He is a gentleman scientist with a diverse background in a variety of fields who is focused on delivering exceptional, clerical and operational support to the hovercraft industry.

Nikitha Paidimukkala

Electrical Engineer

Our professional electrical engineer, Nikitha, designs and contemplates the project’s scope, client requirements, and electrical design standards. Nikitha has conducted research and published a paper on Power Quality Improvement in Smart Grids and developed a range of subjects, including Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) Utilizing AI Technology in Hovercrafts and Hydrogen Gas Propulsion in Hovercrafts.

Glenn Marks

IT Engineer

Glenn is a staunch supporter of renewable energy and the fight against man-made global warming. He rides an electric motorcycle and envisions of a day when all modes of transportation are electric and all energy is clean. He started out as an IBM AS/400 programmer and is now a full stack web developer and programmer at Mariah. His expertise is used in automising the hovercraft instrumentation.

Nitin Roy Sikha

Automotive Engineer

Nitin Roy is an accomplished mechanical automotive engineer offering experience in mechanical designs, simulations, analysis, and expertise in developing environmental controls. Mariah can simulate and persuade hovercraft designs faster to meet International Standards thanks to his skills in Solidworks, Ansys, NX CAD, and Hypermesh.
