A frequent misconception is that hovercrafts are not eco-friendly, but this is not true. Hovercraft are far more environmentally friendly than regular vessels. The misperception originates from memories of older types of craft that were notorious for producing a lot of noise. We’ve effectively reduced noise levels in our bigger crafts throughout the years, and we’re continuing to undertake more research and innovation in implementing the same in our recreational crafts.
